1. Who we are
Mealnomics Partners is run by Mealnomics, ul. Andersa 16, Warsaw, Poland ("we"). You join by applying at partner.mealnomics.com and accepting these terms. We approve applications by hand and may decline one without giving a reason.
2. Your link and code
You get one code. It works as a link (mealnomics.com/code, or any Mealnomics address with ?ref=code) and as a word a customer types in the app.
A customer is attributed to you when they start a trial or pay for the first time and, at that moment, the newest typed code within 90 days is yours, or, failing that, the newest link click within 60 days is yours. A typed code always beats a link. Each household is attributed once, to one partner, for good.
Your own account, household and devices cannot be referred by you.
3. What you earn
You earn 30% of the net price of every payment a referred household makes in the 12 months after its first payment: both plans, web and store purchases. Net price means the price without VAT or sales tax and before payment-provider fees. Trials pay nothing.
Payments in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the European Central Bank reference rate of the payment day. Commissions are rounded to the cent per payment.
We may change the rate, the months or the window with 30 days notice by email. Changes never apply to payments already made.
4. Holds, refunds and clawbacks
A commission is pending for 30 days after its payment, then payable. If the payment is refunded or disputed inside those 30 days, the commission is void. If it is refunded or charged back later, the same amount is deducted from your balance as a clawback. Every such row shows in your ledger with its reason.
5. Payouts
We pay payable balances of $25 or more on the 5th of every month, in US dollars, by PayPal or by bank transfer through Wise. Provider fees are on us; currency conversion by your bank or PayPal is not. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
You must give a payout method and your legal name and address before the first payout. A balance under $25 that stays unclaimed for 12 months after your account closes is forfeited.
6. What is not allowed
Paid search or social ads on the Mealnomics name or misspellings of it; coupon, deal, cashback and voucher sites; incentives, rewards or payments for signing up; self-referrals and referrals of people in your household; unsolicited messages; claims we do not make (about savings, health or results); use of the brand in a way that suggests you are Mealnomics; anything unlawful.
We may pause attribution while we look into a concern, void commissions that came from a breach, and close an account for a serious or repeated breach. Earned commissions that did not come from a breach are still paid.
7. Disclosure
You must tell your audience clearly, next to the link or code, that it is a partner link and that you earn a commission. The US FTC Endorsement Guides, the UK CAP Code and EU consumer rules require this; an "#ad" tag or one plain sentence is enough.
8. Data and privacy
You see the country, plan, store and dates of referred customers, never their names, emails or ids. You must not try to identify them.
We process your email, name, country, channels, payout and statement details to run the program and pay you; our privacy policy at mealnomics.com/privacy applies. We keep statement data as long as tax law asks.
9. Taxes
Commissions are paid gross. Income tax and, where it applies, VAT on them are yours. We issue a monthly statement with the amounts; if you must invoice us, use its numbers.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time by writing to [email protected]; we can end the program or your part in it with 30 days notice, or at once for a breach. Commissions earned before the end are paid as usual, clawbacks included.
11. The rest
These terms are governed by Polish law. The partner is an independent promoter, not an employee or agent. If a clause turns out invalid, the others stand. The English text is the binding one.
